Sell Sports Cards
Bring us your cards. Baseball, basketball, football, hockey, single cards or whole collections, raw or graded.
We look at each card, tell you what we see, and make you an offer. If you'd rather keep them and borrow against them instead, we can do that too.

How selling works
- 01
Show us what you have
Bring the cards in, or send photos of the front and back of the ones you think matter most.
- 02
We go through them
We identify each card and check the condition, and we look up current market sales.
- 03
You get an offer
We explain the offer card by card where it matters. Take it, or don't.
There's no charge to have your cards looked at.
What makes a card worth real money
Most cards are worth very little. Some are worth a great deal. The difference is usually one of these:
The player
Hall of Famers, current stars and players with big historical moments carry demand.
The card itself
A rookie card is generally worth more than the same player's later cards. The set, year and any parallel or variation matter.
The condition
Sharp corners, clean edges, centered printing and a clean surface. A card that has been played with, bent, creased or stored in a hot attic loses value quickly.
The grade
A card professionally graded PSA 10 can be worth many times the same card graded PSA 8. If your card isn't graded, we evaluate its likely condition.
Scarcity
Serial-numbered cards (for example, 25 copies), short prints and autographs from a small set are worth more than common base cards.
The era
Cards from the late 1980s to the mid-1990s were printed in huge numbers. That's why a box of them in a garage is often worth much less than people expect.
Our Sports Card Values Guide goes into more detail.
Cards that can be worth checking
If you have any of these, it is worth getting them looked at:
- Rookie cards of star players, particularly from premium sets
- Cards from before 1980
- Autographed cards with a visible signature and authentication
- Cards in hard plastic cases or graded slabs
- Numbered cards, with a stamp like "12/99"
- Cards from the 1950s and 1960s, including Topps sets
Before you bring them in
- Don't clean cards. Wiping, rubbing or "fixing" corners can hurt value.
- Keep them protected. Sleeves and a rigid case for the best ones.
- Don't split up a collection before we've seen it. Sets are sometimes worth more together.
- Bring anything that came with them: original packaging, certificates, receipts.
Sell, or borrow against them?
If you need cash but expect to want the cards back, a pawn loan lets you keep ownership. If you no longer want them, selling is cleaner.
We'll tell you both options. See Sports Card & Pokémon Card Loans.
